Lower Merion and Haverford Township Interfaith Community Initiative
Over fifteen faith communities from across Lower Merion and Haverford Townships are joining together to sponsor a series of prayerful vigils in response to the degradations of human dignity that we are witnessing in our national life.
Our coalition of congregations will gather every Tuesday in October from 5:00-6:00 PM, hosted each week by a different faith community. We’ll begin with prayer and reflection and then stand together silently along a nearby roadway, holding signage that boldly proclaims our faith-rooted calling to care for one another in love. A variety of sign options will be provided. At the conclusion of our time of silent witness, we’ll gather again for prayer and an opportunity to connect with one another.

- October 21: Old Haverford Friends Meeting, Havertown – With Congregation Or Zarua
- October 28: Our Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Parish, Bryn Mawr
